Toby Bernstein

Toby Bernstein is an advisor in the Danish Energy Agency’s Centre for Global Cooperation, where he leads the government-to-government work with Poland and France on offshore wind. His work focuses on the regulatory aspects of offshore wind policy in Europe. Prior to joining the Danish Energy Agency, Toby worked as a consultant for the German government and the European Commission helping them to execute their energy and climate projects in North America and sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and international relations from the University of Aberdeen and a master’s degree in international affairs with a focus on energy policy from the Hertie School in Berlin.
