Throughout his career in the Energy sector, he has supported public and private entities across Europe, Africa, and Asia in areas such as Digital Transformation, Smart Grids, Energy Policy, New Technologies, Innovation, Microgrids, Distributed Energy Resources, Storage, and Mobility.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon; a certificate in Information Management from NYU, New York City; and an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid–Shanghai.
