Jorge Miguel Teixeira is a Member of Parliament in the Portuguese Assembly for Iniciativa Liberal, where he serves on the Committees on European Affairs and on Environment and Energy.

Before his election, he worked as a political adviser in the fields of environment and agriculture, and as a public policy consultant at the Centre for Future Generations in Brussels, focusing on Artificial Intelligence governance.

He holds a degree in Philosophy and a Master’s in Political Science.
