Hermano Rodrigues

Director at EY-Parthenon. He has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting with various national entities, while also accumulating extensive experience in academia.

He has a broad track record in meso- and microeconomic studies on competitiveness, innovation, and the internationalization of companies and industries, as well as on collective business efficiency related to clustering processes and upgrading of global value chains. In the context of thematic, sectoral, and clustering studies, he has coordinated numerous projects and strategic plans across activities and sectors such as healthcare, construction, tourism, habitat, agrifood, metalworking, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, paper, waste, ICT, fashion, maritime economy, automotive, and circular economy.

He also has extensive experience in evaluating programs and public policies, both nationally and internationally, particularly in the areas of science and technology, R&D, and innovation.

He holds a degree in Management and a Master’s in Economics, with a specialization in Economic Policy, from the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho.
