Arthur coordinates SolarPower Europe's advocacy to EU institutions. He is also responsible for developing strategies on transversal policy and political themes such as the EU budget and energy security. Arthur has worked at the Renewable Hydrogen Coalition as EU Policy Manager, and before that at SolarPower Europe as Policy Advisor.

He holds a Bachelor from University College London (UCL) in History, Politics and Economics, and a Masters from the London School of Economics (LSE) in European politics and security.
